With over-2-tour booking, you will have one of followings:

+5% discount for next tour booking and other sevices

+A chance for having a free trip with our monthly lottery card

+ A lacquer painting or an embroidary painting or another traditional handicraft (cost 20$) will be given to you.

+ Free charge of a handicraft shopping tour / a half-day city tour / an extra day tourguide fees/ 5 hours bycicle renting...

2. VIP Card Policy

A VIP CARD will be offer for customers who buy services that cost total 2000$ at least. With this card, customers will surely have following incentives:

+ Got our monthly special promotion for yourself, your friends and family.

+ Got free charge for one of our day trips and mini breaks in Optional Tours Group.

+ Have chance to be a true Vietnamese handicraft artisan by attending one of our handicraft factories in and around Hanoi.

+ Got a special handmade present with your name sculpted on it ( cost $40).

+ Got a lottery which may give you a free classic regional Vietnam tour next year.

+ Be free informed of Vietnam tourism news monthly by email.

3. Student policy

This policy is intended for students as using our services, include following incentives:

+ 3% discount for all services, 5% discount for Culture tours.

+ Free attending a cultural exchanges day with Vietnamese students at a university.

6. Children Policy

Under 8-years-old children will have special incentives as following:
